Ham and Potatoes
Ingredients:
4-5 baking potatoes, washed and sliced
4 cups cooked ham, cubed
½ onion, chopped
2 cups frozen broccoli
1/4 cup butter, diced
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillion
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Freezer Meal Prep Instructions:
Wash and slice potatoes and place in the bottom
of a gallon sized freezer bag.  Dice up
ham and add to freezer bag. Add chopped onion, broccoli, diced butter and
cheddar cheese to bag.  In a small bowl
whisk together the milk, flour, chicken bouillion, onion powder, salt and
pepper.  Pour into bag.  
Cooking Instructions:
Place contents of bag into a large crockpot.  Cook on high 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 hours
or until potatoes are tender.  Top with
additional cheese if desired.
