Freezer Meals Workshops- Los Alamos

Freezer Meal Workshops are held once a month.  Each session is two hours long and costs $85-$90.  This includes all the ingredients for 5 meals and at least one side/bonus items plus the recipes for all the meals!

I do the shopping, provide all the tools you'll need, do some of the prep cooking (such as shredding meats, cooking noodles, etc.) and take care of set up/clean up.  Snacks and drinks are also provided.
